Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Stripe, Shopify Payments, and selected local methods depending on your country.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- United States & Canada: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 1–3 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 3–5 business days
- Central & South America: 5–7 business days
- Asia: 7–15 business days
- Africa: 15–30 business days
All times exclude customs clearance and weekend processing.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 20+ countries. If your location is not serviceable, we will contact you after your order.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Some carriers take 1–3 business days to update tracking info.
My tracking says “No information available”. What should I do?
If it’s been less than 3 business days since shipment, that can be normal. If it’s been more than 5 business days with no updates, please contact us.
My package is marked “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.
Check with neighbors and your local post office. If still missing, email contact@slumblrr.com so we can help.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. See our Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders start processing immediately and can’t be cancelled. After delivery, you can start a return and request a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. Email us with photos and your order number.
Do I need to pay customs or import fees?
Customs fees may apply depending on your country. Slumblr™ is not responsible for these charges; by ordering, you consent to possible import fees.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, a 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects. Contact us if you believe your item is faulty.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP. Once shipped, we can’t modify the delivery address.
I received a wrong/defective item. What now?
Send photos and your order number to contact@slumblrr.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
What if my order is lost during transit?
If you selected Priority + Insured shipping and your order is lost, you can choose a reship or a refund. With Free Shipping/Priority Processing, we reship the package if it’s lost.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may ship in separate packages.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the US, Canada, most of Europe, Australia & New Zealand, parts of LATAM, Asia, and Africa. If your country isn’t supported, we’ll contact you post-order.
What currencies do you charge in?
We primarily charge in USD/EUR/GBP depending on your location. Final currency display depends on your device and our store settings.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. We use Shopify Payments/Stripe/PayPal with PCI-DSS compliance. We never store your full card details on our servers.
