Shipping Policy

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately by our logistics team. As a result, cancellations are not possible at that stage. However, once you receive your order, you may contact us to initiate a return and request a refund as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Priority + Insured Shipping

If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, your order is covered in case of transit issues.

  • If your package is lost, you can choose to receive a free replacement or get a full refund.
  • If you selected Free Shipping, we will reship your order once at no additional cost.

We Ship to Over 200 Countries

We're proud to offer worldwide shipping. However, there may be some countries we are unable to serve. If that's the case, we’ll contact you directly and provide a solution.

Lost / Missing Packages

Slumblrr™ is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your billing and shipping details before completing your order. If the error comes from our side, we will take full responsibility and reship your order at no cost.

Customs & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or local taxes. By placing an order, you agree that one or more parcels may be shipped internationally and may incur additional fees upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Holiday Shipping Update

Due to high demand and increased shipping volumes during the holiday season, delivery may take an additional 5–7 business days, depending on your location. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.

Maximum delivery time: 30 business days
Processing time: 1 business day (excluding weekends)

Weekend Orders

Orders placed on weekends will be processed starting the next business day, which may add 1–2 days to delivery estimates.
All delivery times exclude customs clearance delays.

Tracking Information

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Some shipping carriers take 2–5 business days to update tracking. If it’s been over 5 business days and you still have no tracking updates, please reach out to our support team.

Multiple Packages

For logistical reasons, items ordered together may sometimes be shipped separately, even if you’ve requested combined shipping.
