Thank you for shopping with Slumblr™. Below you’ll find clear information about order changes, shipping times, tracking, and more.
Order Cancellation
Please be aware: once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be cancelled. After your order arrives, you may contact our support team to start the return process. Once your return is received, we’ll process a refund.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured shipping and your order is lost in transit, you may choose to have it reshipped or refunded.
If you ordered with Free Shipping or Priority Processing and your package is lost in transit, we will reship your package.
Shipping to Over 20 Countries
We proudly offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you.
Lost / Missing Packages
Slumblr™ is not liable if an incorrect address is provided at checkout. Please confirm your billing and shipping address before placing the order. If we made an error, we will fully take responsibility and correct the original order at no charge.
Customs
We are not responsible for any customs fees once items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in your country.
Shipping Time
Shipping time varies by location. The following are our estimates:

Important Holiday Season Update
Due to high demand and increased shipping volumes during the holiday season, delivery times may take an additional 1–7 business days depending on your location. We recommend placing orders early to ensure on-time delivery.
Max delivery time: 30 business days. This doesn’t include our 1 day processing time.
Weekend Processing
Orders placed on weekends will be processed starting the next business day, which may add 1–2 days to the estimated shipping time.
All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. In some cases (e.g., certain free shipping methods), tracking may not be available.
My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment”
For some carriers, it can take 1–3 business days for tracking information to update. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no update, please contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be sent in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
