Refund Policy
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and free of any stains or damage.
- Maximum of two (2) refundable items per order.
- Unlimited store credit and exchanges are available per order.
- If there's a price difference in exchanged items, the customer will need to pay the difference or accept a lower refund.
- No exchange will be processed without the return of the original product.

Shipping Fees
We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers are responsible for purchasing their return label and sending the item back to us.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as they are processed immediately. However, you may still contact our support team to initiate a return after receiving the product. Once returned, we will issue your refund.
Chargeback & Return Policy
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to our support team first to resolve the issue or start a return within our 60-night trial.
Note: If a chargeback is initiated without contacting us first, the return or refund—including the 60-night trial—will be voided.
We are committed to solving any problem and encourage direct communication before taking further action.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g. special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new one.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Non-refundable Fees
- Shipping Fees: These are paid to the carrier and are non-refundable, even if the item did not arrive.
- Shipping Protection: Covers loss or damage in transit, but is itself non-refundable.
